UK Funds Marketing -Senior Associate

Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative and motivated individual with a passion for marketing and a strong interest in financial services. As a Senior Associate in the UK Funds Marketing Team, you will have the opportunity to deliver successful market campaigns and projects, contributing to our strategic goals.
As a Senior Associate in the UK Funds Marketing Team, you will work closely with the Head of UK Funds Marketing at our EMEA headquarters in London. You will play a key role in executing marketing activities and projects that enhance client experience and strengthen our marketing capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:

• Execute regular marketing activities across various channels, including social media, digital, and events.
• Work on projects to improve client experience and marketing capabilities, such as client segmentation and digital client journeys.
• Analyze data to generate insights and develop strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Lead tactical marketing campaigns, collaborating with distribution and investment partners.
• Conduct market and opportunity analysis to refine our UK Marketing strategy.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience in asset management, financial services, or a regulated industry, with knowledge of the UK funds industry.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deliverables.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Data literacy and curiosity, with the ability to leverage data for marketing effectiveness.
• Experience with marketing technology tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with the marketing technology ecosystem, including reporting and workflow tools.
• A proactive learner who seeks opportunities to enhance industry, product, and marketing knowledge.
