Primary Purpose: Reporting to the Brand & Media Manager, this role will support across a breadth of media projects, day-to-day tasks and both internal and external cross functional planning, dedicated to guarding and driving the kate spade brand across Europe. The successful candidate will work across a variety of exciting and different projects, assisting with campaign localisation and execution in partnership with cross functional teams across the European business and our Global HQ in New York. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, helping to manage and implement localised marketing strategies, media plan execution and reporting, asset management and distribution, creative collateral production & retail marketing along with driving a consistent brand message across all our marketing platforms.
The successful candidate should be highly organised, self-efficient and eager to learn within a fast-paced and dynamic brand marketing team.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:

  • Be a key contact for day-day marketing activity and support the Brand & Media Manager (Kate Spade) across tasks and projects required
  • Support in adapting global marketing guidance to market-relevant activations
  • Work closely with key team members and business partners (internal & external) on the execution & syndication of marketing plans, collateral and comms
  • Maintain brand guardianship, ensuring the Kate Spade footprint is consistent across all channels
  • Coordinate team administration including artwork & asset requirements, invoices and payments
  • Manage cross-functional calendars to ensure alignment across the business during quarterly communications reviews
  • Be a point of contact with our local media agency, external vendors and internal teams
  • Support with the execution & ideation of regional special projects
  • Support the Brand & Media Manager (Kate Spade) in logistical tasks
  • Oversee documenting & filing of all KS Europe brand marketing related documents & imagery


The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role (full-time or internship)
  • Excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and take initiative, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient knowledge of digital and social media best practices is desirable
