Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand objectives and drive growth for Stanley Black & Decker's product lines.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

Content Creation and Management

  • Create and manage engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and compelling product information is communicated effectively.

SEO and SEM

  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility for key product categories.

Email Marketing

Analytics and Reporting

  • Use analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present digital marketing plans and performance results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tools, hardware, or manufacturing industries.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
