Role Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role includes SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and you will be responsible for developing and managing our paid search campaigns and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI) and driving targeted traffic to our website. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our online visibility and business growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search and display marketing engines.
  • Keyword Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and continually refine and expand keyword lists to improve campaign performance. 
  • Ad Copy and Landing Page Optimization: Develop compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve Quality Scores, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. 
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired performance metrics. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. 
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies for ads and landing pages to identify and apply the most effective elements. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO, content marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. 
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in SEM and digital marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive. 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an SEM Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEM tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative SEM strategies and overcome challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high priority projects at one time.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
