About this Position

Reputation Management is seeking an intern with an interest and familiarity in communications and marketing to work across our department to gain real-world experience in marketing strategies & program adoption. This position will primarily work with the social media team on digital projects and campaigns while also assisting with SEO (search engine optimization) and PR (public relations) initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Work directly with our Field Marketing Manager to support our team’s enhanced content sharing program for Primerica’s reps and assist with promoting it to the field. Includes communicating with the field and responding to inbound communications.
  • Assist with the development & promotional materials for the monthly content social media editorial calendar.
  • Coordinate with our Digital Optimization Marketing Manager to promote the RVP Digital Optimization Program and support quality control of its data in support of SEO efforts.
  • Gain experience in Digital Community Management procedures and best practices and support company responses to Google and app store reviews and inbound communications to our social channels.
  • Assist with the ideation, writing and development of social campaigns and organization/importing of content from user-generated campaigns.
  • Support content planning and facilitation of an amplification strategy.  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • College student (rising junior or senior) or recent graduate
  • Background or interest in communications, journalism, or marketing
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills
  • Experience with Digital Communication and/or Social Media Management tools
  • Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow desktop procedures
