We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, based in our Chicago office to join the Rockfon North America team. This position is hybrid, in office Mon. through Thurs. with work from home option on Fri. (zip code: 60638). This position has 3 direct reports that focus on 1) website dev. and SEO, 2) campaigns and social media working w/ our CRM and sales/mkt leads and 3) branding/mkt, literature.
This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and to be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans, leveraging both digital and traditional platforms, to reach key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, contractors, and distribution customers. You’ll work hands-on to elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture relationships, while upholding the highest communication standards across all channels.

What You Will Be Doing

Design and implement marketing communications plans that drive brand awareness and lead generation through digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional media (PR, content creation, advertising).

Work closely with Product Management to create compelling campaigns for new product launches, and with Sales Enablement to streamline lead management processes.

Drive website development, improve UX, and manage content to enhance the overall digital experience.

Lead the production of high-quality content, including video, graphics, case studies, and literature to support marketing and sales efforts.

Oversee relationships with digital, creative, and PR agencies to ensure marketing spend delivers maximum return on investment.

Enhance Rockfon’s presence in the media and industry by strategically leveraging PR, campaigns, and partnerships with key associations.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and regularly report on key metrics to track progress and performance.

Manage and develop a team of 3 marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Travel of 20% to tradeshows and visits w/ sales team
What You Bring
-
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the construction or specification sectors, with a strong focus on lead generation and demand marketing

Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including analytics and post-campaign reporting

Expertise in marketing automation (preferably Marketo) and lead nurturing

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital tools and platforms

Ability to travel 20%

The salary range for this position is $125,000.00 - 145,000.00 Your compensation is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
