Summary:

This incumbent for this role will be the process owner for the supply chain processes such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Direct Vendor Ship (DVS) and Open Text.

  In this role, you will:

  • Drive continuous improvement of assigned primary processes 
  • Use of Automation tools to provide efficiencies in reporting, etc. 
  • Lead upgrades associated with those processes you are the owner for 
  • Develop strategy for specific processes owned  
  • Develop and maintain documentation for process owned 
  • Lead and/or participate in the design and testing for system projects  
  • Manage the enhancement request process using the prioritization process 
  • Work with customers to develop business case for enhancement request 
  • Define detailed requirements  
  • Work with ITAS during development of programs 
  • Act as testing coordinator for assigned process  
  • Write (or direct development of) test cases 
  • Identify trends in user issues and work with appropriate teams to develop lasting solutions to prevent issue recurrence 
  • Respond to user inquires and issues by providing a high level of collaboration and responsiveness, attaining the desired service level as specified in the team’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) 
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise related to business process and technical knowledge  
  • Consult as subject matter expert (SME)  
  • Develop and maintain documentation  
  • Quick Reference Cards (QRC)  
  • Process maps (per KC audit standards) 

General Accountabilities:

  • Ability to precisely and proficiently conduct strategic business and data analyses and data driven recommendations for improvements and advancements  
  • Ability to communicate orally clearly and precisely and in writing to individuals and groups.   
  • Ability to assess business views strategically  
  • Ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout organization and with key customers 
  • Ability to adapt and support the organization through times of change  
  • Ability to operate and use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, computers/laptops and other technological devices/software programs to communicate with other people. 
  • Ability to proficiently use and perform key functions of Microsoft Office Suite software program 
  • Ability to travel via aircraft(s) and operate and drive motor vehicle(s) for business travel(s) with valid driver license. 
  •  Strategically organize and develop quarterly and annual plans to drive weekly and monthly prioritizations of key development activities and projects to achieve superior management of business operations    
  • Create respectful environment among team members, and motivate improvement of individuals and team performances to achieve desired business results 
  • Maintain effectiveness of varying environments with different tasks, responsibilities and people. Set priorities and strategically identify issues, underlying problems and potential solutions to develop plan of action.  
  • Render judgments and make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives, strategies and tactics. Promptly reconcile and communicate changes in plans and programs, conditions, requirements of marketplace, competitive activities, issues and accomplishments that may affect results to various levels of staff.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics or business/other technical field. 
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience. Experience in SAP R3 Order Management systems and processes are preferred. 
  • Preferred Experience/Qualifications: 
  • Ability to apply LEAN principles to business situations. Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications (Windows, Word, and PowerPoint).   Advanced Excel skills (i.e. macros, pivot tables, and data connections). 
  • Skills/Competencies: 
  • Results and strategy oriented, business intuition, strong oral and written communication, analytical, trouble shooting, change management, project and risk management and building relationships. 
  • Knowledge of/or willingness/ability to learn analytical tools such as: Power BI, Tableau and Analysis for Office (A4O). 
  • Other Skills: 
  • Prioritization and time management, resources and team management, active listening, adaptability and interpersonal  
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) preferred

Salary Range: $85,600 - $105,600 USD

Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan.
