About the Job:

We’re looking for a versatile Digital Designer with a strong brand and marketing design foundation to create cohesive, customer-focused experiences across the website, email, social media, and paid assets.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing and design teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement while occasionally partnering with the Product Team to extend the brand experience to our site and app. If you’re passionate about bringing a brand to life across every digital touchpoint, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Concept, execute, and own the full creative process across channels—including email, social, paid media, and site—from initial strategy and design to final production, ensuring impactful and high-quality results.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to deliver innovative, high-quality creative on time and within budget.
• Drive the evolution of the brand by exploring new ideas, methods, and production techniques.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across projects by sharing feedback and working collaboratively.
• Stay informed on industry trends and cultural moments to inspire creative brand expression.
• Bring energy, creativity, and humor to the design team—whether it’s brainstorming big ideas, swapping memes for inspiration, or celebrating wins (big or small).
• Navigate ambiguity to deliver impactful creative in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience working in-house in a consumer-focused business/product, agency, or studio environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical design skills across various digital mediums
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Excellent verbal and written skills to be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical savvy audience members
• Experienced in core design fundamentals including typography, composition, color
• theory, and brand guidelines with great attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership of projects

The anticipated base salary for this position is $78,400 to $ 98,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
