About the Job:

We’re seeking a versatile Senior Digital Designer with a strong brand and marketing design foundation to create cohesive, customer-focused experiences across the website, email, social media, and paid assets.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing and design teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement while occasionally partnering with the Product Team to extend the brand experience to our site and app. If you’re passionate about bringing a brand to life across every digital touchpoint, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Concept, execute, and own the entire creative process across channels—including email, social, paid media, and site—from initial strategy and design to final production, ensuring impactful and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality creative on time and within budget.
  • Drive the brand's evolution by exploring new ideas, methods, and production techniques.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across projects by sharing feedback and working collaboratively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and cultural moments to inspire creative brand expression.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and humor to the design team—whether it’s brainstorming big ideas, swapping memes for inspiration, or celebrating wins (big or small).
  • Navigate ambiguity to deliver impactful creative in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience working in-house in a consumer-focused business/product, agency, or studio environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical design skills across various digital mediums, including 2D animation expertise.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and other applicable motion software to create scalable motion templates
  • Experienced in creating compelling visuals across various brand touchpoints, including digital experiences, performance marketing channels, social media content, OOH, and more that elevate and evolve brand aesthetics
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical savvy audience members
  • Experienced in core design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color
  • theory, and brand guidelines with great attention to detail and consistency
  • Experienced in providing creative partnerships to illustration and motion graphics production

The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,200 to $109,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
