C.H. Robinson is hiring a Digital Communications Manager, based in Eden Prairie, MN, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and sharing content across C.H. Robinson’s digital channels, including social media, the company website, and internal platforms. You will collaborate with leaders to connect internal and external audiences to our strategy and vision. Additionally, you will develop messaging strategies and content that educate, empower, and engage employees and external stakeholders.

Leveraging your communications and content creation expertise, you will craft compelling storytelling and strategic communication plans, build audiences, and manage social media.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Partner with stakeholders on communications initiatives aligned with business objectives to increase key audience engagement, showcase customer success stories, and highlight company performance

  • Manage digital channel communication strategy, including content calendar development, content creation, and stakeholder coordination

  • Develop and distribute content across prioritized internal and external digital channels, including organic and paid social media, targeting specific audiences

  • Use analytics and metrics to gain audience insights, refine storytelling initiatives, and enhance content effectiveness

  • Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including senior organizational leaders

  • Manage multiple projects in various stages of development

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity by leveraging existing brand and reputation assets

  • Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team and/or country-specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum of two years of experience in communications, media, marketing, or writing

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience with graphic design and/or video production

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with storytelling experience and the ability to convey messages clearly to diverse audiences

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, contributing to a positive work environment

  • Ability to drive change and achieve positive outcomes in a large, dispersed organization

Compensation Range

$57,100.00 - $89,100.00
