JOB SUMMARY
Manage the pre-sales support, order entry, fulfillment steps, campaign performance review, and optimization recommendations for Search Engine Marketing and Social Media campaigns. The Digital Ad Campaign Specialist ensures the successful fulfillment and stewardship of locally sold Search and Social Media advertising campaigns across the Spectrum Reach markets. Works with regional markets to effectively execute the day-to-day advertising campaign needs and has direct contact with multiple cross functional teams and levels of the company.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Efficiently, effectively, and accurately manage digital orders from submission through campaign fulfillment.
  • Set up all campaigns with 100% accuracy, confirm successful launch, monitor pacing and health of campaigns, forecast campaign success, troubleshoot issues, and deliver campaigns in full.
  • Engage vendors and reporting teams/systems as needed on creation of advertiser campaigns and troubleshoot campaign set-up issues.
  • Confirm all ad orders adhere to specifications and support creative/technical related inquiries from sales.
  • Monitor, forecast and analyze campaigns, educate internally to establish expectations for campaign risks and revenue risks.
  • Provide proactive and frequent updates to Sales on campaign delivery details, launches, or campaign issues, maintaining exceptional customer service for clients, agencies and vendors.
  • Work closely and engage and manage relationships with multiple departments including outside vendors, agencies, and ad hoc requests from teams.
  • Maintain Ops processes and best practices and provide suggestions to leadership on improvement opportunities.
  • Create custom estimates for Sales based upon customer needs and SEM knowledge.
  • Monitor search campaigns using weekly reports to see what changes have been made to a campaign and if the campaign is meeting its KPIs.
  • Identify and escalate performance issues post fulfillment of customer account to increase quality engagement and conversions for improved ROI.
  • Review monthly account performance reports and identify accounts that are not meeting their Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as established by the business.
  • Review keywords, clicks and conversions of customers to determine areas that need updating.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate (both verbal and written) Search account related findings to various members of the sales team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting
  • Ability to optimize and monitor digital campaigns
  • Ability to work quickly and flawlessly execute ad campaigns is critical to this role as we continue to grow our digital products and services
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working within assigned deadlines
  • Ability to pivot between multiple digital systems each day
  • Ability to build relationship cross functionally
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
  • Have sense of urgency and strong ability to prioritize tasks, be self-motivated, and able to effectively manage time and priorities
  • Data driven, curious, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising operations and industry
  • Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing and Meta certifications preferred
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills- ability to navigate through high pressure situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a must
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical associates and have the ability to tailor communication accordingly
  • SEM/PPC experience
  • Ability to communicate SEM/SEO best practices in a professional environment
  • Flexibility - thrives in an ever-changing digital operations environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
