The Role:
As a Digital Account Executive at ClickUp's Philippines office, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and supporting customers in the Micro Segment (1-25 employees) across North America and Latin America. This role offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement with the option to work from our physical office in BGC.
In this position, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to small business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them understand how ClickUp can transform their operations by consolidating tools, streamlining workflows, and enhancing team collaboration. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working within a high-velocity sales environment while maintaining a consultative approach.
This role requires someone who can quickly adapt to different business contexts, communicate effectively across cultures, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. You'll be part of a dynamic, global team that's passionate about ClickUp's mission and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts within the Micro Segment (1-25 employees) in the North American and Latin American markets
- Develop a deep understanding of micro business needs and demonstrate how ClickUp's features solve specific operational challenges
- Conduct compelling virtual product demonstrations tailored to prospects' use cases and industries
- Navigate and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful close
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity metrics
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline information in CRM systems
- Stay current on ClickUp product updates, competitor offerings, and industry trends
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactions
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
- Build positive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in productivity or project management tools
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to North American and/or Latin American markets
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (Spanish language skills a plus)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with North/Latin American business hours
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills in virtual environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to identify customer needs quickly
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for technology and helping businesses improve their productivity
