What You’ll Do:

  • You will join the People Development & Culture team, reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager within the Human Resources department.

  • You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, participating in various initiatives, activities, and projects related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), company culture, and employee engagement across the Sisal Group.

More specifically, you will support the team in:

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives related to DEI, employe egagement, and organizational culture;
  • Organizing and coordinating events and workshops that promote DEI and foster a positive company culture;
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of communication strategies to enhance DEI and engagement efforts across the organization;
  • Providing support in the implementation and launch of the Engagement Survey platform (Peakon), a tool used to measure and analyze employee engagement;
  • Contributing to data collection and analysis to assess the impact of DEI and engagement initiatives;
  • Creating and refining PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support DEI and engagement programs;
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different countries within the FlutterGroup.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Economics, or related fields;

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with a strong interest in DEI, cultural change, and employee engagement, would be a plus;

  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

  • You possess a B2+ level of English, both written and spoken;

  • You are eager to learn, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;

  • You have an enthusiastic attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities with strong attention to details.
