About the Position
Kraft Heinz seeks a passionate and driven Sell Out Area Manager - Central Italy to champion our iconic brands and drive results! The role is based in Central Italy, reports into the Head of Trade activation and Sellout and leads a team of 10 people.
Driving the sell-out execution for our iconic brands, ensuring products fly off the shelves and exceeding sales goals will be your primary responsibility. You'll play a crucial role in speeding the development and implementation of the Perfect Store program, ensuring flawless brand representation and product visibility across your territory.

In brief, you'll take ownership of

  • Leading and empowering a team of In store key accounts by setting challenging targets and providing skill development, coaching, and guidance
  • Defining execution priorities according to the overall sell-out strategy for the GDO channel and in line with company goals
  • Developing and coordinating the training process for the whole team
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area assigned
  • Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with key decision-makers inside the point of sales and secure local commercial agreements through effective negotiations
  • Leveraging on sales and market data to drive insights and make recommendations
  • Ensuring adherence to assigned budget and targets while fostering a results-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Building a strong relationship with sell in, category and trade marketing team to enhance cross functional communications and collaborations


Qualifications
Must haves
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • University Degree in a relevant field, such as Management, Economics, Trade Marketing or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of meaningful commercial background within the GDO channel
  • A track record of success in managing GDO customers is a strong plus
  • Fluent proficiency in Italian and English
  • A proven ability to lead a team is key for success in the position
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills will be considered a plus
  • Strong analytical approach
  • Availability to travel in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Toscana, Marche, Umbria, Lazio
