Role Summary:
The DevSecOps Support Engineer will work in security focused development operations, managing Dev Ops tools for code management, deployment, and security, supporting other GTT systems as needed.
Team Description:
We are expanding our highly successful DevSecOps team which focuses on the implementation support and enhancements to GTT’s digital transformation platfoms. The team is a set of dedicated individuals who work across best of breed technologies to delivered on GTT’s digital transformation roadmap.
Role Description:
The Dev Ops Engineer will work in security focused development operations, managing Dev Ops tools for code management, deployment, and security, supporting other GTT systems as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- System configuration & customization
- Service-Now/Microsoft CRM/Ironclad administration
- Understanding of the ITIL framework and how to apply it within a production environment
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with arise on the platform post implementation
- User and platform management
- Ability to understand business needs and implement templates and workflows which adhere to such requirements
- Understand Microsoft Entra (Azure) and how to add/remove users from specified groups
- Data management
- Importing bulk data from other data sources
Windows System Patching – adhere to company policy with patching current SOC/NMS servers
