Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• EUC support for laptop, desktop, and mobile devices using Windows, MacOS, and iOS.
• Offer foundational technical support in infrastructure services, providing assistance in routine tasks.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and assignments.
• Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.
• Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
• Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.
• Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.
• Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus

Essential Microsoft skills:
- Windows 10/11: Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining these operating systems.
- Active Directory: Managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Office 365: Supporting and troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office applications and services.
- PowerShell: Automating tasks and managing systems through scripting.
- Azure AD: Managing cloud-based identity and access management.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM): Deploying and managing software, updates, and operating systems.
- Microsoft Teams: Supporting and troubleshooting collaboration and communication tools.
- OneDrive: Assisting users with cloud storage and file synchronization issues.
- SharePoint: Managing and troubleshooting document management and collaboration platforms.
- Microsoft Intune: Managing mobile devices and applications.
