About the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) Designation:

The AIF® Designation represents a deep understanding of fiduciary standards and the ability to implement these practices into the investment process. AIF® Designees are recognized for their commitment to acting in the best interests of their clients.

Position Summary:

The Designation Operations Specialist will support Broadridge Fi360’s AIF® and related designation programs, focusing on maintaining designation standards, enhancing participant experience, and ensuring program integrity through detailed operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management and Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their certification journey to enhance engagement and program completion rates.

  • Handle “overdue” phone calls and build rapport with potential and current designees to ensure continued engagement.

  • Help audit new and renewing designees to maintain program integrity and compliance with fiduciary standards.

  • Complete relevant invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Address and manage cease and desists, complaints, and other participant issues professionally.

Data and Reporting:

  • Manage and analyze product survey data to inform program improvements. Look to implement best practices in training course development and delivery.

  • Help maintain an enterprise approval list for designations and ensure its accuracy and relevance.

  • Track and manage reporting data from CE webinars; help analyze trends to help increase webinar value and increase customer satisfaction.  

  • Maintain accurate tracking of Key Performance Indicators to support business leaders

Conversion and Retention:

  • Help manage conversion (student to designee journey) reporting and communications, including dials and recapture campaigns, to maximize program participation.

  • Help conduct virtual and online distribution of welcome packets for new designees.

Marketing and Communication Support:

  • Support marketing efforts through the creation of codes, enrollment guides, and supplemental materials.

  • Generate and distribute designee lists for various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support campaigns for inactive designees to re-engage them into the program.

  • Support campaigns for marketing agreements with enterprise clients.

Course Facilitation and Follow-up (as needed):

  • Act as a virtual course host, ensuring smooth operation and participant engagement.

  • Perform follow-up calls post-course to address queries, gather feedback, and reinforce learnings.

  • Coordinate and facilitate webinars, workshops, and informational sessions to promote the AIF® Designation and educate stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in an operational or support role, including professional phone and email correspondence.

  • High level of English proficiency for effective communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audience engagement.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Suite applications is required.

  • Self-starter in a remote work environment.

  • Process-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.

  • Professional etiquette and communication in client relations via phone and email.

  • Inter-organizational/team collaboration, as well as the ability to work independently.

  • Innovation/ process improvement.

  • Analytical skills for data management and reporting, with the ability to interpret trends and propose improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with professional designation or personnel certification programs, ideally in the financial services industry

  • Technical knowledge of learning management systems and educational platforms.
