Bounteous is seeking a Contract Senior Motion Designer to join our Experience Design team. The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for contributing to the quality, creativity, and delivery of motion projects across multiple industry verticals.

As a Contract Senior Motion Designer, your talent, drive, and knack for creating buttery smooth motion executions inspires the experience consumers have with a brand. You are highly collaborative, mentoring other designers as you work alongside them. 

The Experience Design Team at Bounteous is a multidisciplinary collaboration of humans who create meaningful experiences people love and clients value, with expertise in UX, product, visual, motion, and brand design.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities

• Produce rich motion graphics and video content from static storyboards for a range of media, including social, digital screens, websites, and other forms of digital advertising
• Confidently present design work internally and to client stakeholders
• Explore and share current video and motion trends and methodologies in the digital and interactive space
• Develop relationships across project teams, including technical team members and project managers
• Own the quality of your work from initial concepts and through detailed design and development
• Lead fellow designers on project teams from start to finish, with limited oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual design experience, preferably in an agency environment
• A passion for all aspects of motion design, including animation, video editing, typography, music, and exploratory techniques
• Experience executing and resizing content for social, digital screens, websites, and other forms of digital advertising at the various aspect ratios required for each medium
• A strong portfolio of relevant work demonstrating expertise in your craft, tools, and process
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Premiere
• Experience in Cinema 4D, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Effective time management skills and a proactive communication style
• A flexible, additive, honest, and humble presence on the team
