Bounteous is searching for Project Management talent to add to our fast-growing team. Successful candidates have a demonstrated history and the wherewithal to truly partner with clients, leading all phases of digital marketing projects including scope and timeline definition, creative and user experience design, campaign planning and production, deliverable handoff, and delivery. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects of various sizes independently from inception through completion. You’ll be responsible for prioritizing, guiding, and directing practice area teams throughout the life cycle of various small to large sized digital marketing projects.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsabilities

• Independently lead and motivate diverse teams and manage multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects, following internal processes, resulting in a high degree of client and internal team member satisfaction
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes
• Create integrated project schedules across competencies and delivery areas within Bounteous and client including activity definition, sequence, dependencies and duration
• Proactively monitor, communicate, and manage project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk
• Ability to understand a problem and work toward a solution by building consensus within the project team
• Serve as an advocate for the project team, ensuring that they are empowered and have the information needed to successfully create and deliver an excellent end product
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and facilitate communication amongst the multidisciplinary project teams and client stakeholders 
• Schedule and facilitate efficient meetings including producing detailed agenda, facilitating discussions, and ensuring action items are identified and followed up on
• Ability to adjust how information is communicated to various audiences, who each process information in their own way, have different working styles, and unique personalities 
• Foster a collaborative environment within the project team 
• Act as a key client contact and ensure their expectations are met and results are delivered
• Manage and maintain resource forecasts for all project team members in OpenAir on a weekly basis
• Ability to resolve conflicts in a mature, productive, and positive manner
• Work with the client team and practice leads to ensure that campaign and project deliverables meet client expectations and align to business goals 
• Ability to easily work with marketing strategy, email, media, CRM, design teams and communicate across all levels in the company
• Support process and efficiency improvements across the Program Delivery competency 
• Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success
• Continue expansion and development of new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting 
• A basic understanding of email, CRM, media and web technologies
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
• Worked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 10 or more people
• Managed distributed or remote team members
• Experience delivering digital-marketing projects with a focus on email, CRM and media work
• Proven communication, organizational skills and a focused attention to detail
• Ability to work in an extremely face paced environment 
• CSM and PMP certifications are a plus
