Highly organized and motivated Deployment Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the successful execution of large-scale deployment projects. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational skills, demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, possess a strong ability to follow directions, and exhibit a proactive and go-getter attitude. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate and communicate across various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of deployment activities with overall project goals.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and work to address them before they impact the deployment schedule.
  • Salesforce Case Management:
  • Update and maintain Salesforce cases with accurate and up-to-date information related to deployment activities.
  • Ensure that all relevant details, documentation, and communications are appropriately recorded in Salesforce for reference and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and updates to cases.
  • Date Management:
  • Monitor and manage deployment schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Work closely with project managers and teams to update dates in Salesforce, reflecting any changes or adjustments to deployment plans.
  • Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts to maintain a smooth deployment process.
  • Rescheduling Coordination:
  • Facilitate the rescheduling process for deployments, both within the internal system and in coordination with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their scheduling preferences and constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to accommodate client rescheduling requests while minimizing disruption to overall deployment timelines.
  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees regarding deployment scheduling and updates.
  • Communicate any changes, delays, or important information to clients in a clear and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive and transparent communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports related to deployment progress, reschedules, and updates in Salesforce.
  • Document key insights, challenges, and solutions to contribute to continuous improvement in deployment processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or project management role, preferably in a technology or deployment context.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proven ability to adhere to project timelines and deliver deployments on schedule. Experience in implementing strategies to expedite deployment processes without compromising quality.

  • Track record of achieving high success rates on the first attempt of deployment. Ability to troubleshoot and address issues promptly to minimize deployment delays.
  • Client Satisfaction:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client expectations effectively. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships during deployment projects.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address deployment challenges.
  • Proactive approach to developing contingency plans for potential roadblocks.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Meticulous attention to detail in planning, execution, and documentation of deployment processes.

  • Gather feedback from clients during and after the deployment, using this information to improve future deployment processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
