Responsibilities:

Analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to accurately predict future demand and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.

Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities

Setting safety stock levels and inventory modeling to ensure optimal stock levels in compliance with company's KPIs, adjusting forecasts based on changing demand and supply conditions.

Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IBP to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.

Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment
-
Provide the internal customer team with detailed status updates on the availability of critical products within the portfolio.

Generate regular reports, track forecast accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences) OR
Professional training in business administration or comparable and at least 5 years’ experience in SCM functions. -
2 years’ experience in Demand planning in consumer goods company or B2B is a plus

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data are required.

Excel Mastery and MS Office knowledge at a relevant level.

Knowledge of SAP, IBP and BI
