In this role, you will be responsible for supporting marketing campaign execution and optimization as well as ancillary events from concept to completion. This includes the creation of integrated marketing campaigns, aligning with sales, data-driven optimizations and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will be creative, detail oriented, highly organized, proactive and comfortable working on time-sensitive projects while also thinking outside of the box.

What you’ll do

  • Execute on certain programs and projects end-to-end underneath a broader campaign framework managed by demand generation managers

  • Ensure proper tracking of campaigns with the help of Revenue Operations, assist demand gen managers with campaign reporting and analysis, and work cross-functionally to identify gaps and make recommended optimizations  

  • Manage procurement requirements (contracts, POs, invoices)

  • Own assigned events from concept to completion including:

    • Venue Selection (if applicable)

    • Event Selection / Sponsorship/ Speaking opp selection

    • Event management, contracting & design

    • Partner and Customer participation 

    • All event orders including (furniture, electricity, hospitality, internet, etc)

    • Pre-event outreach (social, email, design, attendee recruitment strategy and registration management)

    • Post-event lead management & upload

  • Own campaign and event project management with internal teams including Campaigns, Social, Marketing Automation, Design, and Sales and submit all JIRA tickets within SLA timeframes

  • Support, create and drive event strategy and coordination as well as pre/post event strategy with Event SDR and Sales teams to drive optimal event attendance, engagement and post event conversion

  • Work with internal stakeholders to procure branded materials for events, including brochure collateral and giveaways

  • Work with partners and team members to define, plan and create special projects such as partner marketing activities

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate processing of leads within 24 hours of event close, distribution to sales, and ensure effective follow up activities taking place

  • Track expenses to manage overall budget 

  • Maintain detailed events calendar and distribute to key stakeholders

  • Analyze and report on event performance such as lead generation, pipeline progression, brand awareness, partner engagement, and Sales & Marketing stakeholder feedback

  • Other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • 2-5 years related experience (i.e. marketing, events, logistics, etc.), ideally including 2 years demand generation experience including planning business marketing events
  • Undergraduate Degree required, preferably in marketing or communications
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound channels (Digital, events, sales outreach, email, partner, content marketing) and an understanding of how they can work together to form an optimal channel mix
  • Experience in account based targeting, messaging, content and journey mapping, program development, and measurement a plus
  • Action Oriented - Self-starter with a ‘get it done’ attitude and excitement to learn new skills. You enjoy working hard, are full of energy for challenges, and seize opportunities more than others.
  • Creative - You have the ability to come up with engaging and creative concepts to create a unique and memorable event experience for attendees
  • Collaborative - You have a true team mentality (your work requires collaboration with partners across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and much more) and demonstrated success working cross-functionally in larger organizations, and have the ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal partners

  • Project Manager - You have out-of-this-world project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines without much supervision. Furthermore, you excel at prioritization and know what to measure and how to measure it
  • Communicator - Excellent written/verbal communication and relationship skills are critical both working with people internally and externally
  • Composed - You know how to execute consistently in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out self-directed responsibilities
  • Personable - You are seen as positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members
  • Agile - You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable with change, and have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, whatever it takes
  • Tech Savvy - You are more than comfortable working in Google suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) as well as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce.com is a plus

(Pay transparency range: $24.58-$41.57 per hour)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
