About the role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our demand generation strategy and efforts. This role requires a high level of autonomy and expertise in designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to create and implement high-impact campaigns that attract and convert our ideal customers.
What you’ll do

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Design and optimize multi-channel strategy for both PLG (organic traffic, paid search, growth) and sales-led channels (Paid Social, Email, Field, Webinars).

Track, analyze, and report on key demand generation metrics, using data to inform strategy and optimize ROI.

Own website optimizations and content development to increase organic traffic, improve user journeys, and boost conversion rates for sign-ups and MQLs.

Partner with sales and product marketing teams to align on messaging and optimize funnel performance.

Nurture programs and create sales enablement assets to guide prospects through the buyer journey.
Ideal candidate credentials

5-10 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing.

Proven success in building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable revenue impact.

Expertise in high-quality list building and targeting, paid acquisition, email marketing, content marketing, and conversion optimization.

Fluent in customer marketing strategies to cultivate reference customers and drive advocacy.

Highly analytical and results-oriented, with a strong focus on ROI and metrics-driven decision-making.

Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
