What You’ll Do
NetDocuments is seeking a Lead Demand Generation Manager to create and manage demand generation campaigns, understand ROI analysis and partner closely with sales leadership to drive revenue growth. This role will report to the Director of Demand. Thie ideal candidate will have experience targeting companies in the SMB space and have worked demand generation or marketing roles at a SaaS company.
You will:
- Becoming a subject matter expert on your market and our solution
- Develop, execute and analyze demand generation campaigns and promotions across a wide spectrum of acquisitions and cross-sell channels to deliver revenue at or above monthly targets
- Research and present recommendations for direct response marketing programs including, but not limited to email campaigns, webinars, PPC, SEO content syndication, conferences, and online events
- Forecasting demand flows and delivering on demand/lead commitments to the business
- Support and inform the development of content required for campaign concepts and deliverables (white papers, success stories, web pages, etc.) through internal and/or agency resources
- Deliver world-class reporting and analytics
- Drive A/B testing and optimization into all aspects of our marketing
- Bring forward marketing strategies and tactics based on testing and analysis
- Work with sales and sales operations to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales
- Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by gathering and filtering new ideas from customers, colleagues and other experts; communicate and share best practices
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Minimum 5 years in demand generation or marketing strategy
- SaaS marketing experience – specifically within the SMB space
- Minimum 1-year hands-on experience executing programs in Marketo, a plus
- Demonstrated track record of success directly managing demand generation campaigns within the SMB space.
- Clear understanding of ROI analysis and proved analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, results, and recommend changes
- Advanced, hands-on use of Salesforce, Marketo and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management, marketing automation and demand generation with focus on success of impact/revenue
- Demonstrated experience of partnering with product, product marketing, creative services, channel partners, sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth
- Advanced knowledge of lead scoring and lead nurturing best practices
- World class analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $126,000-$155,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
