Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Seeking an innovative and data-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and growth.
What you’ll do:
Plan and Execute Best-in-Class Demand Programs
- Research, develop, produce, optimize, and report on comprehensive demand generation plans to drive pipeline growth.
- Strategically utilize marketing tactics in a combined and integrated way to engage and convert new customers and upsell existing.
- Monitor and assess reach, engagement, market penetration, and product positioning of campaigns.
- Staying current with the latest marketing best practices to drive innovation within our team’s marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other Demand Generation Managers leveraging skills to achieve ambitious outcomes.
Collaborate Effectively with a Wide Range of Peers and Stakeholders
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of management, other demand marketers, product and content marketers, sales leaders, brand marketing, other stakeholders and external resources such as creative agencies
- Actively solicit inputs from key stakeholders regarding demand generation campaign plans and outputs
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years demand generation, marketing communications, product marketing, demand generation, channel marketing or sales roles
- Expertise in paid media execution, coordination, or strategy is highly preferred.
- Go-to-market development plan capabilities – including successful product launch planning
- Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios through marketing tactics
- Experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo preferred), familiarity with sales-stage nurture tactics, buyer personas and lead scoring
- Experience with customer relationship management tool (Salesforce preferred)
- Creative thinking capabilities: Interest/desire to learn and experiment with marketing strategies and tactics
- Highly skilled with project management, budget management and forecasting.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, especially for external content creation
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to influence others without formal authority and build partnerships within the organization
- Exceptional communication skills. Consistent cross-functional and/or cross-team work is required.
- Experience with events to drive brand awareness, lead generation and retention preferred.

The starting base pay is $67,400.00 to $90,700.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
