Primary Responsibilities:

Perform ERP IT related activities, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Provides timely and professional user support and assistance for IQMS/Delmia ERP system.
  • Project managing all ERP related projects
  • Identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Identify modules in Delmia/IQMS that are not being used and manage the implementation of them.
  • Work with internal Delmia/IQMS support employees and help in the training of them.
  • Manage user security.
  • Conduct routine periodic activities in ERP system as directed by Director of IT.
  • Recommend the purchase of IT hardware and software as related to Delmia/IQMS
  • Update and create customized reports in Crystal Reports for all functions of the business.
  • Update and create shipping and customized labels. This includes working with customers’ specifications.
  • Manage alerts and workflows from ERP system
  • Work with current Managed Service Provider (MSP) to record, track, and document help desk requests, problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made.
  • Document ERP processes and procedures.
  • Escalate problems (when required) to appropriate management.
  • Attend weekly IT meetings with department.
  • Meet weekly with Group Director of IT to discuss Delmia/IQMS projects.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
  • Provide individual and/or group instruction and training for staff on computer systems as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance during special projects.
  • Available for support calls 24/7
  • Travel to assist in the startup of new operations, equipment, and installation.
  • Travel to assist, as needed, other operations.

Work experience requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of ERP experience in Delmia/IQMS.
  • A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with Crystal Reports
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of writing SQL scripts is a plus but not required

Education Requirements

  • Associates (2-year) degree, with a technical major or a minimum of 3 years related work experience in a manufacturing environment.

This position may sit onsite or be remote, with the requirement that travel to all work sites is done when needed.
