Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Engineer for our project execution in the EMEA region for the Energy Storage Solutions business. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions, build strong client relationships, and ensure successful project implementations. The role entails:

  • Lead by example with technical expertise to demonstrate deep product knowledge and integration, combining business insights to provide technical expertise and trusted advice to clients.
  • Provide excellent implementation with high-quality delivery of solutions to address business challenges. Capture client business requirements and establish high-quality delivery to foster deep client engagement, creating strong client bonds and long-term relationships.
  • Comprehensively establish technical documents and record end-to-end technical instructions to enable downstream users to execute solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with solution architects, project managers, and other technical teams to configure, deploy, and test software and hardware components based on solution specifications. Ensure timely validation to meet quality and performance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and troubleshooting services. Proactively address client concerns, acting as the key technical point of contact.
  • Manage project schedules, assess technical readiness, and coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power System (or related field) or equivalent professional experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of technical experience on energy related projects
  • Good understanding of LV and MV system, a plus with LV or MV training or certificate
  • Good understanding of energy storage system
  • Good understanding of project cost management
  • Good understanding of project delivery processes
  • Deployment and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent and effective English communication skills. German or Dutch languages are an advantage
  • Structured and persistent working style
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good documentation and Enablement
  • Willingness to travel
