What’s Cool About This Job

The Go to Market Operations Team is looking to expand their Deal Desk Organization. You’ll become the trusted advisor and go-to resource for quoting, order processing and much more. You’ll aid our Partner Managers in quotes to our awesome hardware vendors and will train new hires in region on quoting and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities include: 

• Enable our Sales Team with best practices in quoting and processing Contract/Order/Quote to maximize the company’s bookings and revenue.
• Be a subject matter expert on all things quoting (Salesforce CPQ).
• Identify areas of improvement to increase accuracy, completeness and/or consistency, and implement solutions in process, policy and overall operations.
• Review and ensure submitted all documentation such as contracts and order forms when necessary for completeness, accuracy and conformance to company policy.
• Participate in a new system implementation including testing.
• Aid in delivering bespoke and templated quotes to our Hardware vendors.
• Train the new sales and partner hires in your respective region on how to engage with Deal Desk and all quoting practices.
• Process and fulfill orders for your respective region.

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of quoting, order processing or Deal Desk experience
• Well versed with Salesforce, specifically Lightning and CPQ
• Expertise in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Experienced communicator, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of SaaS Company procedures is a plus. 
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to changing business needs
