Role Overview:
There are several functions within Trellix contributing towards the organizational success, Deal Desk is one of them. We are one of the key function under Revenue Operations Group, we are looking for enthusiastic and skillful candidates to join the team. The function of the DDA is to provide direct support to the Sales Team and business units in approval of quotes for existing partners and customers to ensure that the Sales department can meet its target and profitability.

A Deal Desk is a team that helps manage complex sales transactions working closely with internal Trellix departments (e.g., sales, finance, product management, legal, customer success, professional services, accounting, etc.) on their respective responsibilities throughout the non-standard transaction approval process. Process improvement, active collaboration with key stakeholders, operational support, and strategic deal execution are at the heart of this role.
About the role:
- The function of the DDA is to provide direct support to the Sales Team and business units in approval of quotes for existing partners and customers to ensure that the Sales department can meet its target and profitability.
- Quote Analysis and Approval
- Data/Pricing Analysis
- Analyzing Deal requirement and Discounting reason
- Co-ordinate with Sales Management for sales approval
- Assets and Entitlement Validation
- Assisting sales team in the entire approval process
About you:
- 2 or more years of experience in the similar industry
- Superior customer service skills and attitude
- Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to blend and share information within team members
- Excellent written and documentation skills - English
- Experience in creating procedural documentation
- Experience in administrating knowledgebase
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS-office
- Should be flexible to work in shifts (Preferably Night shifts
