The Partner Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners. This role involves collaborating with partners to support mutual business objectives, driving partner engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of joint initiatives. The Partner Specialist will work closely with internal teams to align resources and strategies to maximize the value of our partnerships.

What you will accomplish:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for mutual growth and value creation.
  • Work with internal teams to align resources and strategies with partner objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of partner programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership activities, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing partner engagement and success.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communications with partners to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Proficient in German & English language.
  • Availability to travel to partner locations as required.
  • Although the job is advertised as remote, there is an expectation to be able to work onsite occasionally.
