What you’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Database Developer with expertise in MariaDB to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining database solutions to support various applications while ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Required Experience/Qualifications:

Appian Associate Developer or Senior Developer certification.
-
2+ years experience designing, developing, and supporting Appian solutions.
-
3 + years of experience developing and maintaining applications following Agile Methodologies.
-
1+ years of experience writing test scripts to include using FitNesse and/or Subject 7 test case and script automation and/or similar tools in Appian context.

2+ years of experience developing applications and/or data migration solutions using SQL, database stored procedures, and database views in MySQL and/or Maria Db.
-
Demonstrated experience with Appian SAIL, Python, and integration solutions, including APS’s and XML and Rest protocols.
Desired Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience and industry-recognized certification(s).

Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Maria Db.

Proficiency in MySQL database development and administration, query optimization and performance tuning.
-
Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in MYSQL.

Strong understanding of relational database concepts, including database design, normalization, and indexing.

Experience developing and maintaining Data Model/Data Dictionary.
-
Experience in writing and analyzing Stored Procedures, Functions and Views.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$74,983.00 - $155,425.00
