Join our Corporate Data and Insights PMO team as a Data Project Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating technical projects. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience in project coordination, adept at using tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, and SharePoint. You will ensure that project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing technical projects.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI to create and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and task tracking.
- Manage SharePoint sites for project documentation and communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and communication.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope, schedules, and risks.
- Generate and distribute regular project status reports, including KPI tracking, for stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in an agile, dynamic environment to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support project managers and team leads with administrative tasks and process improvements.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline).
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, Jira, SharePoint.
- 3+ years of experience in project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CAPM, PMP (in progress), or any project management certification are a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$116,850.00-$164,960.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
