Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Data Lead to work as part of a team implementing a cloud-based Salesforce solution. This role involves supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce, covering key activities such as requirements validation, system design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, data mapping, data conversion, data transfer, training, knowledge transfer, and organizational change management. The Data Lead will be responsible for ensuring the data structure for the Salesforce solution, supports the client requirements and for implementing changes to the data structure if necessary. Additionally, the Data Lead will oversee and manage all the data conversion activities.

Mandatory Experience:

1. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years’ FTE experience mapping the structure and organization of customer data from as-is state to future state.
2. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of two (2) years of FTE relational database experience working with the Salesforce database software and database toolset.
3. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of two (2) years’ FTE experience leading a large data migration project(s), defined as over 500 million data records, using transitional interfaces and integration techniques to bridge legacy data with target solutions.
4. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of two (2) years’ FTE experience performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) from multiple disparate data sources, including data conversion analysis, data cleansing, and data consolidation.
5. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of two (2) years’ FTE experience developing and implementing reports based on customer business process requirements.
6. Within the last ten (10) years, must be able to provide end client reference for each project.

Desirable Experience:

1. Within the last ten (10) years, minimum one (1) year of experience as the Data Lead for a system implementation/ integration project in one (1) or more of the following business applications:
   1. Unemployment Insurance,
   2. Disability Insurance,
   3. Financial Accounting,
   4. Case Management, or
   5. Claim Processing.
2. Within the last ten (10) years, minimum two (2) years of experience leading teams that perform data migration validation/testing and test management.
3. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
