O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):
Responsável pelo tratamento, integração e otimização das bases de dados de vendas da GM na América do Sul, assegurando a qualidade, consistência e integridade dos dados recebidos de diferentes fontes, para gerar relatórios e dashboards padronizados para toda a região, com foco na automação de processos de análise de dados e suporte contínuo à equipe de vendas.

  • Desenvolver e automatizar processos de tratamento, validação e integração de dados de vendas, garantindo a qualidade das informações provenientes de diferentes fontes.
  • Criar e otimizar pipelines de dados (ETL/ELT) para integração de dados de diferentes países e fontes, incluindo Power BI, Excel, Access, Python, Knime, Databricks, Hive, Oracle, SAP e sistemas próprios.
  • Garantir a integridade e padronização das bases de dados para facilitar a criação de dashboards e reportes regionais consistentes e precisos.
  • Trabalhar com as equipes de dados, TI e vendas para identificar necessidades de automação e integração de dados nos processos de geração de relatórios.
  • Monitorar a performance dos sistemas de dados e implementar melhorias contínuas para garantir eficiência na manipulação e análise dos dados.
  • Colaborar com a equipe para transformar dados brutos em informações valiosas para os stakeholders da empresa.


Skills:

  • Capacidade analítica e orientada a resultados, com habilidade para transformar dados complexos em insights práticos e relatórios regionais.
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Agile);
  • Facilidade em trabalhar de forma colaborativa com equipes multidisciplinares, incluindo vendas e TI, promovendo soluções integradas.
  • Proatividade na identificação de melhorias e criação de soluções inovadoras para os processos de dados.


Additional Description
Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias):

  • Graduação em Ciência de Dados, Engenharia de Dados, Ciências da Computação, ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês intermediário.

  • Sólido conhecimento em integração, tratamento e automação de dados provenientes de diferentes fontes, garantindo qualidade, integridade e consistência das informações.
  • Experiência na criação de soluções escaláveis e eficientes, com uso de ferramentas como Power BI, Excel, Access, Python, Knime, Databricks, Hue/Hive, Oracle, SAP e sistemas próprios.
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de ETL/ELT para otimizar processos de extração, transformação e carga de dados.
