Data Consultant

Job Brief
The Data Consultant is responsible for furnishing strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients regarding data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and machine learning. They will also have experience collaborating with clients to comprehend their business needs and develop solutions that fulfill those needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client-Facing Interactions:
  > Ascertain the context of the current data landscape, operations, challenges, pain points, goals, and targets.
  > Comprehend the data/AI strategies and trajectories of the organization.
  > Collaborate in delivery and capacity planning.
  > Present demonstrations, solutions, and proposals.
• Architecting:
  > Internalize existing solutions and established practices.
  > Elicit solutions in collaboration with experts.
  > Cooperate with experts in selecting appropriate solution choices.
  > Articulate and defend the chosen solution.
• Delivery:
  > Cultivate technical relationships within the account (client and delivery).
  > Manage risks and value in conjunction with stakeholders.
  > Manage escalations.
• Pre-Sales:
  > Participate in pre-sales engagements.
  > Conduct demonstrations, articulate, and defend solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education:
  > Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  > 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or machine learning.
  > Experience collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that address those needs.
• Skills:
  > Strong comprehension of data architecture, data engineering, and machine learning.
  > Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  > Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
