Data Analytics Specialist (Image Recognition)

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will work as part of an amazing Validation Analytics Team and your focus will be on analyzing data & developing statistical methods to assess the quality of Image Recognition (IR) models' performance. You will be ensuring high standards of testing our AI models and assessing their training data quality, as we continue to build the most valuable product for our customers. You will interface with several internal teams including R&D, Labeling Team, Product & Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering. You’ll play a critical role as the person responsible for validation of AI models, stating & adjusting requirements of the analytical processes at all stages, such as accuracy, recall and precision. This includes also assessing data quality, establishing new and improving current analysis standards, preparing plans to clean data, troubleshooting / performing root cause analysis & planning corrective actions, monitoring quality metrics. You will have a great impact on the quality of reporting that our internal teams and customers interact with, as well as the ability to evaluate and identify where system enhancements are required to further improve our validation methods.

• Validation Team will maximize their return on efforts, as you evaluate current validation methods, and we’ll work together to improve validation method standards;
• We’ll improve our methods of assessing the quality of AI models;
• Your testing of AI models enables internal and external stakeholders to always know what’s being done, why it’s being done, and how the execution will be carried out;
• We’ll explore better & faster ways of performing validation analyses;
• The FORM Image Recognition platform and product landscape will continue to grow in functionality as we continue to establish ourselves as a global market leader in the Image Recognition space, which is exciting for us and our customers!
• At the end of the day - because of your great work – our Product and Engineering + Commercial Teams will have complete trust in you to ensure that our Image Recognition Product delivers validated data in reporting outputs.

Who You Are:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role working with large data sets;
• You can share examples of your experience with data validation, statistical process control, root-cause analysis and what kinds of changes were implemented as a result to improve overall data quality;
• Experienced with data analysis tools like Python & MS Excel;
• You’re results-oriented – setting success metrics and measuring success against them to be sure you’re focused on the activities that make a measurable impact on external and internal customers’ lives;
• You have strong analytical problem-solving skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet established deadlines;
• When things break - and they will - you are eager and able to help fix things and can work calmly under pressure;
• Good organization and management of own work;
• You can collaborate with other teams across the organization to make the most effective use of data analytics;
• Language skills: English B2+.
