This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of ‘31st December 2026’. As we move closer to ‘31st December 2026’ we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies.  If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.

As the Data & Analytics (D&A) Deployment Lead for Digital Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data and analytics strategies that drive North America Pet Nutrition's digital transformation. Working with cross-functional teams, you will lead the development of world-class data and analytics solutions that create sustainable value, optimize key business functions, and help achieve the company's ambitious growth goals. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex challenges to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • 15+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in consumer-centric marketing, media, retail sales, or revenue growth management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record in managing the end-to-end delivery of analytics products, including translating business needs into actionable data solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence teams, manage complex projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in data governance, data engineering, and analytics domains, with a solid understanding of technology stacks and trade-offs.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Practitioner experience in supply chain management and operations.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, particularly in educating non-technical stakeholders.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Strategy and Thought Leadership: Collaborate with NA business stakeholders, global D&A leaders, and growth teams to develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with Pet Nutrition's growth vision.
  • Execution Excellence: Lead the end-to-end delivery of data-driven solutions that create value and drive adoption, leveraging advanced analytics to identify efficiency improvements and business impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage a wide range of stakeholders and partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • D&A Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of D&A products, from ideation and development to implementation and enhancement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Select and manage vendors, allocate resources effectively, monitor budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program efficiency.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure data governance practices are in place to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.
  • Change Leadership: Act as a thought leader and coach, influencing the organization and ensuring the adoption of tools and capabilities across teams.
