MBD Customer Rewards/Fee Waivers
- Using Cognos, save a copy of the ‘3PA MBD Customer Rewards Tracking Report – All Dealer Contract Lines’ to a defined Sharepoint folder.
- Maintain and publish the file of ‘Advanced Integration’ catalogs monthly, and update Cognos queries with any new Advanced Integration catalogs prior to running the ‘Recurring Charges’ report.
- Maintain a file of all dealers no longer contracted for fee waivers.
- Using Cognos, execute the ‘Recurring Charges’ report monthly, 1 day prior to each month’s billing cut-off date.
- Email the ‘Recurring Charges’ file to CDK associates.
- Using Cognos and Excel, generate a file monthly, of ship-to CMF catalog contract lines, that should have monthly fees turned back on to bill.
- Email the Dealer ‘LSS’ file to CDK Billing & CSM teams.
- Respond to Customer rewards/Fee Waiver requests from CDK associates. Some examples are as follows:
- MBD enrollments and fees for specified ship-to CMFs, broken out by Basic & Advanced Integration.
- Status of fee waiver catalog contract line enrollment status for ship-to CMF(s).
- Dealer letters confirming dealer is part of the MBD fee waiver program
- On a weekly basis, update the count of dealer groups and ship-to CMFS marked installed on a fee waiver catalog.
- Provide fee waiver reporting for Project Bumblebee on a weekly basis – updates vary by week and then current areas of focus.
Project Bumblebee
- Host Project Bumblebee stand-up calls (currently on Mondays and Wednesdays)
- Record and post updates to Sharepoint folder.
- Create Bumblebee Power Point deck each week for weekly status meeting (currently on Wednesdays)
- Distribute to recipient list each Monday.
- Confirm updates by all associates are entered in the deck prior to the weekly status calls.
- Sync-up w/ Trey Gerlich every ELT reporting week to confirm status and updates of all Bumblebee workstreams.
Requirements:
3+ years hands on experience with SQL Server and ETL.
Salesforce Reporting
Solid use of MS Excel to tract and organize data
Strong analytical skills to support, troubleshoot, and report on data.
Power BI experience preferred
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Able and willing to learn new concepts/skills quickly
