Data Analyst, Renewals Desk

Your role at Dynatrace
Our Renewal Desk Data Analysts work with the Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Renewal Specialists, Order Management, and Account Executive teams by retrieving, organizing, and analyzing renewal data then crafting into reality a system derived proposal with the details requested. This is accomplished by working in our Saleforce.com environment and Excel tools. Your role will be to:• Analyze and review renewal opportunities and account history• Gather product details, quantity, purchase price, contract renewal price, partner details/calculations for analysis• Review contract documentation• Work in a team environment to ensure the completion of assigned task(s) within specified deadlines for an assigned region and in support of a specified geography(s)• Test enhancements to Salesforce system in conjunction with the Business Systems team• Organize meetings with internal resources to discuss findings• Perform additional duties as required

• Proven ability to assess, manage and operate effectively given multiple priorities in a mission-critical environment.• Self-starter, highly motivated, and committed to getting results• Excellent mathematical skills with emphasis in accounting or financial math• Strong organizational skills, including detailed record-keeping, excellent and independent follow-through, and a high degree of accuracy• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proven track record of flexibility in a team setting• Word processing, advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience in Microsoft Office• Ability to think outside the box and produce creative solutions if needed, leveraging first principals• Ability to understand and breakdown given answers to produce correct results and expand your problem-solving capabilities• Quick learner of new concepts and ability to effectively learn new software as needed• Knowledge of licensing and product pricing• Knowledge of Salesforce.com• College/university education - With an emphasis on mathematics (Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, etc)• Knowledge of Dynatrace or similar software products would be beneficial but not essential
