What will you be bringing to the team?
- Collect, analyze, clean, and preprocess data from various sources
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from diverse sources
- Perform data profiling and generate reports to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security
- Document data pipelines, processes, and methodologies to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT after the completion of studies as a Data Analyst or a similar role
- At least 3 years of working experience with Python and R programming languages
- Proven experience of Shiny web-framework would be a plus
- Proven experience with SQL
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud solutions such as MS Azure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Good team-leading skills, team spirit, ownership, and accountability
- Excellent use of the English language (verbal & written)
