Design and lead marketing strategy for CV portfolio to accelerate growth, including positioning, key messages, materials, CME activities, digital plan and engaging top KOLs and medical societies.

Inspire and engage CV Sales team to ensure a very good alignment on field execution.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Full responsibility on sales and profitability of CV Portfolio.

• Design and lead the marketing and business plan for the assigned portfolio.

• Develop sales materials, execution of marketing strategy.

• Assess revenue potential for product franchise.

• Influence the development of country sales targets, OP plan.

• Map relationships with stakeholders, customer journeys and market dynamics to define transformation priorities (Interactions with Doctors, Patients, e-commerce B2B/B2C, among others).

• Design Omnichannel Strategy and implementation

• Identify stakeholders need to mutually align value to define go to market strategy.

• Guarantee having the best possible medical panel.

• Maximize ROI on every investment.

• Develop an innovative strategy and tactics that optimize relationship with key stake holders.

• Guarantee high Compliance standards in all interactions.                                            

The basic qualifications for this role are:

• Over 8 years of experience in marketing or related areas.

• Experience leading innovative projects inside or outside Pharma Industry.

• University degree in role related careers.

• Master degree (Preferred, not mandatory)

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Strong people and business leadership skills.

• Strong strategic thinking.

• Negotiation skills.

• Cross-functional work capacity.

• Strong in Finance (P&L and GTN clear understanding).

• High capacity of teamwork.

• Strong interpersonal relationship capacity.
