About the Role
The ideal candidate will manage and monitor the team's ZenDesk queues, ensuring compliance with all SLAs. Responsibilities include conducting weekly audits of carrier reviews, newly established facilities, automation processes, and placeholder facilities, among other tasks. The candidate will also play a key role in executing bulk data projects requiring manual auditing. Strong agility, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential, as the team's focus and scope continuously evolve to meet the dynamic needs of both customer and carrier data. 

What the Candidate Will Do

What You Will Do:  

  • Operate within ZenDesk to handle requests for validation and creation of new businesses in our system while monitoring to confirm all SLAs are met. 
  • Identify potential process improvements. 
  • Identify patterns of behavior and/or relationships between businesses to streamline business validation and processes. 
  • Conduct weekly audits of carrier reviews, newly established facilities, automation processes, and placeholder facilities, among other tasks. 
  • Partner with our Engineering team to improve workflows and creatively problem solve for internal errors. 
  • Stretch to assist in executing bulk data projects requiring manual auditing. 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Advance English written and verbal 
  • 1 year of LOGISTICS experience, - OR - three years of experience with customer interaction, - OR - bachelor's degree + two years of work experience
