About the Role
Uber Freight company, is looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in the Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics field. Our specialists will manage transportation functions to ensure accurate, timely delivery of product in the most efficient and cost-effective manner all while providing excellent customer service to our customers.
What the Candidate Will Do

- Follow up of operation volume, customer service.
- Shipment management in system and updates.
- Inventory review between warehouses, supplier development.
- Transportation coordination, follow up and communication with transportation lines.
- Coordination of equipment and transshipment
- Participation in operational process improvement
- Customer service, follow up and empathy with customer needs
- Updating TMS reports

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced English - Indispensable.
- Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel: intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel including, but not limited to, VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
- Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to visualize and implement new concepts / strategies.
- Simultaneous management of multiple tasks.
- Negotiation skills.
- Advanced written, oral and presentation communication skills in Spanish and English.
rest during the week Thursday and Friday
Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
(Weekends can be Home Office, weekdays would be in office)
