Responsibilities: 

  • Moderate pending user generated content against a set of community guidelines on the admin platform. 

  • Maintain key quality, productivity & SLA metrics as outlined by the client. 

  • Research products/services/content across several online platforms. 

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

  • Assistance on translating knowledgebase articles and other items as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in both English and Dutch - written and verbal 

  • Excellent web research skills. 

  • Keen attention to detail. 

  • Working knowledge of G Suite applications 

  • Good time-management skills 

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
