We are looking for an organised and professional Customer Support Administrator Lead to join our dynamic team based in Mount Maunganui. This role involves managing a range of administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Customer and Stakeholder Manager, you’ll work as part of a supportive and collaborative team with a leading civil contractor where no two days are the same. There is scope to challenge yourself and further build on the skills you already possess.
In addition to the above you will:

Oversee and approve daily/weekly communications to stakeholders. Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Provide administration support to senior managers, take meeting minutes, and prepare/publish communications.

Coordinate office social functions, awards, and events, including organising catering.

Promote and ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

Inspire your team and the key stakeholders you engage with our values.

Identify and recommend opportunities for process and systems improvements.

Be flexible for on-call roster – call taker after hours rotation roster (Fri to Fri).
