As a Customer Success Engineer, you will guide customers through pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Engineer remotely from India. In this role, you will guide customers through the entire lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-sales—ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products.

What will you work on:

  • Pre-Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations for potential customers.

    • Address technical questions and assist in responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.

    • Leverage deep knowledge of our software to showcase benefits to various technical and business audiences.

  • Customer Success Management:

    • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the APAC region, overseeing onboarding, quarterly check-ins, and contract renewals.

    • Work closely with engineering and support teams to resolve technical issues and streamline the customer journey.

    • Monitor customer health, solicit feedback, and implement strategies to prevent churn and encourage expansion.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical support, customer success, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of software development, customer engagement technologies, and cloud-based solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, API solutions, and customer success management tools.

  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
