What You’ll Do

As a Customer Solutions Supervisor, you will:

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Coach and mentor Customer Solution Representatives (CSRs) to deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers.

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and business goals.

  • Provide training for new hires and ongoing ERP system updates to ensure team effectiveness.

  • Conduct performance appraisals, offer constructive feedback, and address personnel issues in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager.

Drive Process Excellence

  • Analyze trends to identify root causes and implement solutions for customer service challenges.

  • Manage department workflows, including backorder reports and CRM responsibilities.

  • Oversee and update process documentation to align with operational and customer needs.

  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between departments to address and resolve customer service matters.

  • Partner with the sales organization to provide support and feedback.

  • Keep leadership informed of team progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a proactive leader with:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferred).

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Word, and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of call routing and reporting systems.
