About the role:
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls regarding enquiries from eligible electors who require assistance, and seek to apply for Phone Assisted Voting, for the upcoming 2025 WA State General Elections.
You are an active listener and a quick thinker. You'll be adaptable and receptive to different personalities, ensuring an appropriate approach at all times in your interactions with electors and colleagues.

Casual role 0 -38 hours per week - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday - Rotational roster

Skills & Experience:

Be able to ask the right questions, find the right solutions, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do, whilst demonstrating empathy and patience

Be able to deal with all electors in a fair, impartial and helpful manner

Willing to bring your passion for service excellence whilst being comfortable working independently

Ability to maintain confidentiality and political neutrality in a sensitive environment

Demonstrate competent computer skills, including system navigation

Are a clear communicator with high attention to detail

Complete a National Police Clearance, Political Neutrality Document and provide professional references
