Who we are looking for
A Customer Payments Advisor, who will work in a fast-paced role, liaising with internal departments to resolve customer payment queries across a wide range of payment methods within the US.
You will assist customers with payment-related issues to ensure a seamless experience, by identifying and investigating various customer payment issues, using bespoke tools, and escalating problems internally for resolution. Additionally, you will provide second-line support to our Customer Service department to resolve deposit and withdrawal queries.
You will expand your expertise and play a vital role in our success, whilst being supported by an in-depth training program that equips you with the knowledge and skills to thrive and advance within the Business. You will face fresh challenges and opportunities for growth alongside a team that shares your enthusiasm for success.
This full-time position requires flexibility to support our customers across the busy sporting calendar, including evenings, weekends, and federal holidays. We are committed to training and developing our staff, ensuring your success is our success, prioritizing your career growth and our culture of internal mobility.
Starting at $23.07 per hour, increasing to $23.94 post-training.
