We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Customer Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer marketing and a passion for delivering personalized experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction.

The Impact You’ll Make:

As a Customer Marketing Manager, your efforts will significantly enhance our ability to understand and meet customer needs, resulting in improved retention rates and customer lifetime value. You will be instrumental in creating meaningful experiences with our customers, driving our value of customer-centricity, and building a network of advocates for our brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that align with NetBrain’s goals, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop promotional materials and resources that highlight customer benefits and success stories.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Design and implement customer feedback loops, ensuring that we capture and act on customer insights and preferences.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization by sharing insights and advocating for customer needs across departments.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing to continuously enhance our strategies.

 You Have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using customer data to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, as well as data analysis software.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for customer events as needed, understanding that travel will be necessary but not excessive, ensuring a balance between field activities and other responsibilities.
  • Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or IT-related marketing a plus.


What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $125,000 - $155,000 + Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
